Acceptance of the Terms

These terms constitute a binding agreement between Voodoo and you, the end user of our games and apps (“User Terms”), and serve as a supplement to our General Terms and Conditions. By playing, interacting with our services, or making an In-App Purchase or Subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these User Terms. These conditions apply to all virtual items, features, or subscriptions offered within our mobile applications.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Terms

Scope of the User Terms

By making an In-App Purchase or starting a Subscription in a Voodoo mobile game or application, you agree that you are submitting a legally binding offer to conclude a contract and you acknowledge that you are in the legal capacity to conclude such contract or that you have the permission from your parents or a legal guardian to enter into this legal contract.

Please note that the use of Voodoo mobile games or applications that have been downloaded through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple End User License Agreement.

Purchasing Subscriptions or In-App Purchases from Apple or Google

All In-App Purchases and Subscriptions are processed and billed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your linked payment method.
Consequently, these transactions are subject to their respective terms and conditions, and Voodoo does not have access to your account or transaction history. To confirm purchase details or view your digital receipts, where each subscription is identified by a unique billing name, please consult your app store account or refer to the support articles provided by Apple or Google.

No Ads

Most Voodoo’s applications offer a No Ads In-App Purchase (“No Ads”). This feature is designed to remove all advertisements that interrupt our users’ gameplay experience.

Note that this feature does not disable "Rewarded Videos". All players, including those who have purchased No Ads, can still choose to watch these videos if they wish to earn optional bonuses (such as: doubling points, or obtaining gems, skins, and avatars). Since these videos are entirely optional and initiated by the user, they are not affected by the No Ads purchase.

Auto-renewal Subscriptions

Some Voodoo applications offer weekly or monthly Subscriptions. These often begin with a three-day (3) free trial period, after which your Apple or Google account will be charged the price indicated within the application for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period (“Free Trial Period”).

Following this period, you will have continued access to the subscribed services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is processed. Please note that all Subscriptions are final and are not subject to refunds by Voodoo.

Right of Withdrawal.

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Since In-App Purchases and Subscriptions constitute digital content or services where performance begins immediately upon purchase, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal for such purchase.

Subscription Management and Termination

1. Cancellation by the User

All subscriptions are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Most subscriptions renew automatically, and to avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends.

You can manage or disable automatic renewal at any time directly through your Apple or Google account settings.

If you cancel a Subscription, you will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing period, though canceling during a Free Trial Period may result in losing access to the content immediately.
